Block Exchange is a library of production-grade IEC 61131-3 function blocks — PID variants, motor and valve control, alarm handling, communication drivers, unit conversions and more. Every one ships as Structured Text, a Rockwell .L5X Add-On Instruction, a Schneider Control Expert .XDB DFB and PLCopen XML.
Most of them are also IEC 61499: where Schneider's FBTypeCompiler builds the FBType, the block ships a .fbt for EcoStruxure Automation Expert and 4DIAC too. Where it does not, the block is offered as IEC 61131-3 only and says so — the catalogue never promises a file the download will not contain.
Every block ships with a documented interface, behavioral description and test notes, so integrators can drop proven components into projects instead of re-implementing them.
