ZONE_TEMP_CTRL

Zone temperature control with an enforced heating/cooling deadband, occupancy setback and a changeover lockout.

Validated application blockBAS · Zone & ComfortIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use ZONE_TEMP_CTRL when a room or thermal zone is held between a heating and a cooling setpoint by two separate pieces of equipment (a heating valve and a cooling valve, a reheat coil and a VAV damper, a heat-pump reversing valve), and the two must never be commanded at the same time.
