ZONE_ESTOP

Zone stop supervisor: emergency stop, guard and light-curtain demands with no auto-restart, monitored reset and first-out capture.

When to use it

Use ZONE_ESTOP when one material-handling zone — a conveyor cell, a palletiser guard, a crane runway bay — is stopped by any of an emergency stop, a guard door or a light curtain, and the control system has to hold the zone stopped until a deliberate reset and tell the operator which device demanded it.

Supervised control write

ZONE_ESTOP commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
