WHEEL_SLIP_SLIDE

Wheel-slip and wheel-slide protection — creep detection, torque trim, re-adhesion ramp and sanding request.

When to use it

Use WHEEL_SLIP_SLIDE when a powered or braked wheelset has its own speed measurement and a vehicle reference speed, and the traction or brake effort on that wheelset must be trimmed back when the rail will not carry it.
