WEB_TENSION_CTRL

Closed-loop web tension trim with roll-diameter gain scheduling, deadband and web-break supervision.

Validated application blockCPG · ConvertingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.1.0

When to use it

Use WEB_TENSION_CTRL when a load cell or dancer measures web tension on an unwind, rewind or intermediate draw section, and a torque-controlled drive needs a closed-loop trim on top of its open-loop torque reference.
