WASH_TEMP_VERIFY

Wash and sanitise verification: temperature at or above minimum, sanitiser inside a BAND rather than over a floor, both held continuously for the contact time, every excursion latched.

Validated application blockF&B · Food SafetyIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use WASH_TEMP_VERIFY when a produce wash, a crate or tray washer, a belt washer or a warewasher is a control measure, and the release of what comes out of it depends on proving temperature AND sanitiser concentration were both present for long enough.
