VLM_CAROUSEL_CTRL

Vertical lift module / carousel tray call: shortest-way-round rotation, creep approach, and a shutter that opens only on a stopped, aligned machine.

When to use it

Use VLM_CAROUSEL_CTRL when a vertical lift module, vertical carousel or horizontal carousel presents one tray at a time to an operator opening, and a tray call has to choose a direction, decelerate into the opening and gate the access shutter.

Supervised control write

VLM_CAROUSEL_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
