VISION_GUIDE_FB

Vision-guided placement offset with match, score and plausibility gating, a held job reference and no carry-over of the previous part's offset.

Validated application blockCPG · AssemblyIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use VISION_GUIDE_FB when a camera locates a part or a feature and a robot or servo station applies the reported X/Y/theta offset to its taught position, and a wrong offset would crash the tooling or place onto nothing.

Supervised control write

VISION_GUIDE_FB commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
