VHP_CYCLE_CTRL

Vaporised hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination cycle: condition, gas, dwell and aerate to a re-entry limit.

Validated application blockLS · EnvironmentIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use VHP_CYCLE_CTRL when an isolator, RABS, airlock or room is bio-decontaminated with vaporised hydrogen peroxide and the cycle has to condition, hold an exposure, then aerate to a proven re-entry concentration before anyone opens the door.

Supervised control write

VHP_CYCLE_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
