UV_DOSE_CTRL

UV dose pacing on flow and transmittance: bank staging, ballast power and a delivered-dose estimate that fails towards more dose.

Validated application blockW/WW · Disinfection & ChemicalIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use UV_DOSE_CTRL when a multi-bank UV reactor must hold a validated dose as flow and UV transmittance vary, and the plant needs a delivered-dose estimate to drive a divert permissive and an off-spec time record.

Supervised control write

UV_DOSE_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
