UTILITY_KW_SUBMETER
Per-line energy submetering with shift totalising, specific energy per unit produced, and a stale-data watchdog on the meter.
When to use it
Use UTILITY_KW_SUBMETER when a production line has its own energy submeter and the shift's kWh and its energy per unit produced have to be reported — with the periods that were not actually measured marked as such rather than quietly understated.
