UHT_CTRL

UHT sterility supervision on temperature and back-pressure, with a latched loss-of-sterility block on forward flow.

Validated application blockF&B · ThermalIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use UHT_CTRL when a direct or indirect UHT plant runs product to an aseptic filler and forward flow must be permitted only while both the sterilising temperature and the back-pressure that keeps product liquid have been held for the full holding-tube time.
