Transport (move) order lifecycle manager with proven placement, dispatch supervision and no-loss close-out.
When to use it
Use TRANSPORT_ORDER_MGR when a WMS move request has to be turned into one tracked physical mission — validated, dispatched to equipment, followed to a proven placement, and reported back — and the order must not be lost, overwritten or double-dispatched on the way.
