TRACEABILITY_LINK

One-up/one-down lot genealogy: each input lot linked to the output lot it went into, sealed into a chain, with a mass balance per output lot and a permissive withheld until the genealogy exists.

When to use it

Use TRACEABILITY_LINK when a batch, a fill run or a converting job consumes identified input lots into an identified output lot, and the traceability programme has to answer 'what went into this?' and 'where did this go?' within the time a withdrawal allows.
