TORQUE_FASTEN_CTRL

Torque-to-angle fastening supervision: peak torque and angle-from-snug judged against a two-dimensional acceptance window, with a recorded verdict per fastener.

Validated application blockCPG · AssemblyIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use TORQUE_FASTEN_CTRL when a spindle, nutrunner or screwdriver tightens a fastener whose joint quality has to be proven, and the station must be able to say for every fastener whether it was tightened inside the specified torque AND angle window.

Supervised control write

TORQUE_FASTEN_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
