TIME_SYNC_VERIFY

Trusted-time verification for audit timestamps: the MAGNITUDE of the offset from the reference, confirmed over time, with a freshness bound and an unproven-time totaliser.

Validated application blockLS · ComplianceIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use TIME_SYNC_VERIFY when audit entries, electronic signatures or batch records are timestamped by a controller or its historian, and the control system has to be able to state that the clock behind those timestamps was demonstrably synchronised to a trusted reference at the time.
