THERMAL_LOG_REDUCE

Accumulated pathogen log-reduction integrator with F₀ equivalent time and a gap-supervised record.

Validated application blockF&B · ThermalIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use THERMAL_LOG_REDUCE when a thermal process has to report how much pathogen lethality it actually delivered — log reduction and equivalent time at a reference temperature — integrated continuously rather than assumed from a dwell timer.
