SYNC_CHECK_25

ANSI 25 sync-check permissive — voltage difference, slip, angle and both-sides-live, all inside their windows together for a dwell.

Validated application blockGen · SynchronizationIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use SYNC_CHECK_25 when a breaker paralleling two energised sources must be blocked from closing unless the two sides are genuinely in synchronism, and the permissive has to be auditable term by term afterwards.
