STOPPER_CAP_VER

Stopper and cap verification on presence, seating height and applied torque, with a frozen-transducer check.

Validated application blockLS · FillingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use STOPPER_CAP_VER when a capping or stoppering station has to prove three independent things about every closure — that it is there, that it is seated to the right height, and that it was tightened to the right torque — and reject the container when any one of them fails.

Interface

The published port signature. This is the whole of what the block exposes to your program — the implementation body is not shown here and ships with the download.
