STEAM_HEADER_MON
Steam-header pressure and flow monitoring with period totalising, a latched low-pressure record and a fail-safe steam permissive.
When to use it
Use STEAM_HEADER_MON when a distribution steam header feeds pasteurisation, cooking or CIP, and both the header's availability and the plant's steam consumption have to be reported — including the fact that the header sagged during a batch.
