STATE_ESTIMATOR
Bus-voltage state estimate across up to four microgrid buses with plausibility and largest-residual bad-data rejection.
When to use it
Use STATE_ESTIMATOR when several bus voltages are telemetered around a microgrid and the volt/VAR layer needs one consistent view of the extremes — with the single bad transmitter identified and thrown out rather than driving the whole scheme.
