SLOTTING_OPT
Put-away slotting — picks one free location by SKU velocity class with zone fallback, ground-level weight rule and no repeat offers.
When to use it
Use SLOTTING_OPT when a load arriving at a put-away decision point needs a target location chosen from the free locations in a zone, fast-moving SKUs should land near the pick face, and heavy loads must not be sent up the rack.
