SIP_7UT_TRF

SIPROTEC-shaped two-winding transformer differential characteristic (ANSI 87T): per-phase dual-slope percentage restraint, an unrestrained high set, and second- and fifth-harmonic restraint for inrush and over-excitation.

When to use it

Use SIP_7UT_TRF when a two-winding transformer's differential characteristic has to be evaluated in the PLC — as a settings and stability study, as the protection model in a plant simulation or digital twin, as supervision beside the relay of record, or as the trip-matrix logic around a real 87T.

Supervised control write

SIP_7UT_TRF commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
