SBR_PHASE_SEQ

Sequencing-batch-reactor cycle orchestration — fill, react, settle, decant, waste — with level-proven phase ends, a pause that is released only deliberately, and a safe abort path.

Validated application blockW/WW · Treatment ProcessIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use SBR_PHASE_SEQ when a sequencing batch reactor runs a timed cycle whose fill and decant ends are proven on basin level, the cycle has to be pausable for maintenance, and an abandoned cycle must still settle and decant rather than stop where it stands.

Supervised control write

SBR_PHASE_SEQ commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
