SANITATION_SSOP_SEQ
SSOP wet-clean sequence: seven phases with contact time that accrues only at temperature, an inspection step that is proven rather than timed out, and one safe hold every fault leads to.
When to use it
Use SANITATION_SSOP_SEQ when an open-plant line, conveyor, filler or cooking vessel is cleaned to a written sanitation SOP between runs, and the controller has to run the rinse / detergent / rinse / inspect / sanitise phases and prove the wet clean actually completed.
