RIDE_THROUGH_SUPER

Voltage and frequency ride-through curve supervision, classifying the present disturbance into mandatory-operation, permissive, momentary-cessation and may-trip regions.

Validated application blockMG · PCC & ProtectionIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use RIDE_THROUGH_SUPER when a DER is required to ride through disturbances rather than trip on them, and the control needs to know — right now, from the elapsed duration of the present excursion — whether tripping is forbidden, permitted, or required.

Supervised control write

RIDE_THROUGH_SUPER commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
