RESERVE_MONITOR
Spinning and fast-reserve adequacy with N-1 sizing and energy-limited derating of battery reserve.
When to use it
Use RESERVE_MONITOR when a microgrid carries reserve against the loss of its largest infeed, some of that reserve is battery power rather than machine headroom, and somebody has to be told before the reserve stops being real.
