REGISTRATION_CTRL

Print and cut-off registration control by distributed phase correction, with outlier rejection and mark-loss supervision.

Validated application blockCPG · ConvertingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.1.0

When to use it

Use REGISTRATION_CTRL when a mark sensor or camera measures the position error of a printed register mark against a cut, print or seal station, and a servo's phase offset has to be trimmed to bring it back into register.
