REGEN_BRAKE_MGR

Regenerative braking manager — voltage-tapered line receptivity, rheostatic fallback with a resistor energy budget, and an explicit shortfall.

Validated application blockTransit · TractionIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use REGEN_BRAKE_MGR when electrical braking power has to be disposed of, the contact line may or may not be able to absorb it, and whatever cannot be regenerated or dumped must be handed back to the friction brake rather than assumed gone.

Interface

The published port signature. This is the whole of what the block exposes to your program — the implementation body is not shown here and ships with the download.
