REFRIG_PLANT_MON

Ammonia / CO2 refrigeration plant supervision — measured COP, pressure-ratio trending, and a latched leak alarm that calls machinery-room ventilation.

Validated application blockCPG · UtilitiesIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use REFRIG_PLANT_MON when an industrial refrigeration plant serves chilled or frozen storage, and its efficiency, its suction and discharge pressures and its machinery-room gas detection all have to be supervised from the plant PLC alongside the safety system that actually protects people.

Supervised control write

REFRIG_PLANT_MON commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
