RECIP_GEN_LINK

Reciprocating-engine genset adapter: governor and AVR bias, lead-compensated synchro-close on positive slip, soft load ramp and reverse-power supervision.

Validated application blockMG · Asset IntegrationIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use RECIP_GEN_LINK when a reciprocating genset has to be brought onto a live microgrid bus and then load-shared — the controller must match speed and voltage, close the breaker at the synchronism point, and ramp the set onto its kW share without reverse-powering it.

Interface

Supervised control write

RECIP_GEN_LINK commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
