Loads an approved recipe parameter set, seals a fingerprint of it, and detects any change to the loaded values afterwards.

When to use it

Use RECIPE_PARAM_LOAD when recipe parameters are written into the controller from a recipe-management system or an HMI, and the executing batch must be able to show that the values it ran on are the approved ones and were not altered mid-batch.
