RECIPE_BATCH_WEIGH

Gravimetric ingredient batching with fast/dribble feed, in-flight cut-off and latched in-tolerance gating.

Validated application blockF&B · MixingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use RECIPE_BATCH_WEIGH when one ingredient of a recipe is weighed into a vessel or onto a scale hopper by a two-speed feeder (screw, vibratory tray, butterfly gate or valve), and the weighment has to be proven inside a recipe tolerance before the batch is allowed to continue.

Supervised control write

RECIPE_BATCH_WEIGH commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
