PV_FORECAST

PV generation forecast by smart persistence: measured irradiance, Kasten–Czeplak cloud attenuation and module temperature derate.

Validated application blockMG · Market & ForecastIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use PV_FORECAST when a microgrid schedules dispatchable generation or a battery against roof or ground-mount PV, and a pyranometer plus a sky-condition feed are available for a 15-minute and 1-hour view.
