PUMP_VIB_TEMP_MON

Bearing vibration and temperature supervision on two stages each, with start blanking, release hysteresis and a rate-of-rise alarm that sees a seizure before the absolute limit does.

Validated application blockW/WW · Pump StationsIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use PUMP_VIB_TEMP_MON when a pump carries bearing vibration and temperature instrumentation and the station wants a warning early enough to plan a bearing change, plus a trip late enough to be believed.

Supervised control write

PUMP_VIB_TEMP_MON commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
