When to use it

Use PRICE_SIGNAL_INGEST when a microgrid dispatches against a real-time price or locational marginal price delivered by a comms driver, and the dispatch layer needs one trustworthy price plus a 1-hour and 4-hour view — including a defined answer for the hours the feed is not there.
