PRESSURE_ZONE_MON

Distribution-zone pressure envelope monitoring with excursion confirmation, depressurisation alarm and surge detection.

Validated application blockW/WW · Flow & HydraulicsIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use PRESSURE_ZONE_MON when a distribution zone, district-metered area or pumped main has a pressure envelope to hold — a minimum service pressure below it and an asset-protection ceiling above it — and short hydraulic transients must not fill the alarm list.
