POLYMER_BLEND_CTRL

Polymer make-down and solution dosing paced to the dry-solids loading, with make-down and feed-pump capacity checks.

Validated application blockW/WW · Disinfection & ChemicalIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use POLYMER_BLEND_CTRL when an emulsion or solution polymer is made down with dilution water and fed to a thickener, belt press, centrifuge or dewatering unit, and the dose must be held per dry tonne rather than per cubic metre of sludge.

Supervised control write

POLYMER_BLEND_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
