POI_CONTROLLER
Point-of-interconnection P/Q regulation trimming the asset dispatch to hold a tie-line setpoint.
When to use it
Use POI_CONTROLLER when a microgrid or campus has an active or reactive power target at its utility meter — zero export, a contracted import band, a demand-response set point, or unity power factor — and the local assets must be trimmed continuously to hold it.
