PERFUSION_CTRL

Perfusion permeate and bleed rate control from vessel volumes per day, with a cell-density bleed trim and TMP flux protection.

Validated application blockLS · BioreactorIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use PERFUSION_CTRL when a perfusion bioreactor draws permeate through an ATF or TFF cell-retention device and bleeds cells to hold a steady-state density, and the filter has to be protected from the flux excursion that fouls it permanently.

Supervised control write

PERFUSION_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
