PDU_BRANCH_MON

Three-pole branch-circuit monitoring: per-pole current alarms against the continuous-load rule, unbalance, power and energy.

Validated application blockDCIM · Power ChainIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use PDU_BRANCH_MON when a PDU or panelboard branch feeds a rack or a row through a three-pole breaker, and the site needs to know per pole how close each is to the continuous-load limit, how badly the three are out of balance, and how much energy the branch has taken.
