PANTO_BUS_CHARGE

Pantograph opportunity-charging sequence: docking handshake, proven isolation, ramped power transfer and a proven-open release.

Validated application blockEV · Fleet & DepotIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use PANTO_BUS_CHARGE when an overhead mast or roof-mounted pantograph charges a bus or truck automatically during a layover, and the contact must never be made or broken while current is flowing.

Supervised control write

PANTO_BUS_CHARGE commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
