OVEN_ZONE_CTRL

Tunnel-oven zone burner control with belt-derived bake time and latched over/under-bake deviation.

Validated application blockF&B · ThermalIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use OVEN_ZONE_CTRL when one temperature-controlled zone of a multi-zone tunnel oven modulates a burner to a zone setpoint, and the bake time delivered in that zone follows from the belt speed rather than from a timer.
