OUTDOOR_WEATHER
Outdoor air conditions for economiser decisions: filtered dry bulb, Stull wet bulb, dew point and a hysteretic free-cooling / evaporative mode.
When to use it
Use OUTDOOR_WEATHER when a data centre's cooling plant chooses between mechanical cooling, evaporative or adiabatic assist and full free cooling on outdoor conditions, and that choice must not flip on a gust or on a failed outdoor sensor.
