OUR_CER_CALC

Off-gas oxygen uptake, carbon-dioxide evolution and respiratory quotient with the inert-gas balance correction.

Validated application blockLS · BioreactorIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use OUR_CER_CALC when a bioreactor's inlet and outlet gas are analysed for oxygen and carbon dioxide and the culture's respiration has to be computed on line, typically to drive a feed strategy or to detect the end of a batch.
