METAL_DETECT_CCP

Metal-detector critical control point with proven reject confirmation and routine test-piece prompting.

Validated application blockF&B · FillingIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use METAL_DETECT_CCP when a metal detector is a critical control point on a food line: every detection must be ejected, every ejection must be proven, and the detector's routine test-piece checks must be enforced rather than merely reminded about.

Supervised control write

METAL_DETECT_CCP commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
