MEMBRANE_TRAIN_CTRL

Membrane train flux control with temperature-corrected permeability, a three-criterion CIP request and a latched transmembrane-pressure trip.

Validated application blockW/WW · Treatment ProcessIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use MEMBRANE_TRAIN_CTRL when a UF or MF train is run at constant flux by trimming its permeate or feed pump, and the decision to clean has to be taken from transmembrane pressure and normalised permeability rather than from a calendar alone.

Interface

Supervised control write

MEMBRANE_TRAIN_CTRL commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
