MATERIAL_DISPENSE_VER

Gravimetric material dispense with barcode verification, two-speed feed, in-flight compensation and in-tolerance verification.

Validated application blockLS · Recipe & BatchIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use MATERIAL_DISPENSE_VER when a raw material is charged by weight into a vessel from a feeder or a valve, the container presented must be barcode-verified against the recipe before anything is dispensed, and the delivered charge has to be proven inside a percentage tolerance.

Supervised control write

MATERIAL_DISPENSE_VER commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
