MAINT_DUE_TRACK

Run-hours maintenance scheduling with lead-time warning, overdue escalation and meter-reset detection.

Validated application blockDCIM · ReliabilityIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use MAINT_DUE_TRACK when an asset with a run-hour meter — generator, chiller, CRAC fan, pump, UPS fan bank — is serviced on an hours interval rather than a calendar, and the controller has to say how many hours are left before the next service.

Supervised control write

MAINT_DUE_TRACK commands a real actuator. It is written to sit underneath your own interlock, permissive and protection logic — not to replace it. Commission it as you would any control block you wrote yourself.
