LYO_SECONDARY_DRY

Secondary-drying stage: warm shelf ramp, in-condition hold clock, and a residual-moisture figure that says whether it was measured or modelled.

Validated application blockLS · LyophilizationIEC 61131-3IEC 61499v1.0.0

When to use it

Use LYO_SECONDARY_DRY when the secondary-drying stage of a lyophilisation cycle removes bound water at an elevated shelf temperature and the lowest achievable pressure, held for a developed time, and the residual moisture has to be trended through the stage.
